Our high-performance coaching sessions are for players seeking to improve their ability to play the game. We will enhance a player’s performance through coaching their technique and developing their decision-making in different situations during the session. Players will improve on their error detection and correction knowledge to give themselves their own feedback during training and matches in the future. This enhances a player’s performance because they learn to essentially coach themselves.
Players will have the opportunity to work on a range of different skills and will be challenged through different situations and drills, all players that are involved in the booking have the option to choose what they wish to work on or we can simply recommend different skills. These sessions are purposely designed to train the technique in the context of making a decision. Players will be able to relate this to their performing environment through technique breakdown, technique development, and decision-making situations during the session.
The program is delivered by an AFL experienced skill acquisition coach.
Coached by the founder of the course from the AFL Coaches association & AFL Sports ready (Advanced Certificate In Coaching Fundamental AFL Skills)

If you, your pair or group wish to cancel your high-performance coaching session or technical analysis package before 14 days of the scheduled session, AFHP Coaching can offer a full refund. If cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date AFHP Coaching will not offer a refund. Of course, we are always happy to reschedule your session at no cost prior to 48 hours before the session.Â
