At AFHP Coaching we provide four types of strength & conditioning programs for Individuals & Clubs, liaising with AthElite Strength & conditioning, these programs are designed and prescribed by our elite sport scientist and strength & conditioning coaches to ensure that you have a competitive advantage over your opposition.

INDIVIDUAL RUNNING PROGRAM

The individual running program tailors a specific plan to improve all running aspects of the game including endurance, speed, agility and overall running power. These programs are specifically tailored to the individual to improve their speed within transition from the contest.

TEAM/CLUB RUNNING PROGRAM

The football club running program is designed for football clubs that cannot afford a strength & conditioning coach. Depending on your club’s age group and standard of football, receive a customised running program for your team to improve multiple running areas of your game including endurance, speed, agility and overall running power. Commencing in the pre season, these running programs are designed to best prepare & condition players for the riggers of the upcoming season. Whether your team is a junior, senior, women’s or semi-professional squad,

INDIVIDUAL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM

The individual strength & conditioning program tailors a specific plan to improve your overall physical performance specific to AFL (i.e., endurance, speed, strength, power, etc.). Receive a running program and gym program to target your specific needs to give yourself a competitive edge over your competitors. These programs are designed to allow players to reach higher levels of performance to assist them in being stronger within the contest and then being able to transition quickly from it.

TEAM/CLUB STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM

The football club strength & conditioning program tailors an AFL specific strength and conditioning plan to improve your players physical performance for the upcoming season (i.e., endurance, speed, strength, power, etc.). Receive running programs and gym programs to target your clubs specific needs, so that they can gain a competitive advantage over the rest of the competition. Whether your team is a junior, senior, women’s or semi-professional squad, contact us for more information.
