The individual running program tailors a specific plan to improve all running aspects of the game including endurance, speed, agility and overall running power. These programs are specifically tailored to the individual to improve their speed within transition from the contest.
TEAM/CLUB RUNNING PROGRAM
The football club running program is designed for football clubs that cannot afford a strength & conditioning coach. Depending on your club’s age group and standard of football, receive a customised running program for your team to improve multiple running areas of your game including endurance, speed, agility and overall running power.
